Brooklynn found her love for pottery in high school and continued studies within The University of Kentucky ceramics program until receiving her BFA degree. Following graduation from university life, she found employment at a local clay store where responsibilities included contributing towards production - preparing crafting materials such as clay and glazes- whilst simultaneously teaching both beginners/advanced wheel throwing techniques alike. Poe Pottery was born in 2018 and became Brooklynn's full time job in 2021. Since then continuous efforts have been focused on becoming an established potter operating solely out of home studio.
